How is ADHD coaching different from therapy?
ADHD coaching focuses on practical strategies and tools to help you manage day-to-day challenges like time management, task-initiation, focus, and organisation. Unlike therapy, which delves into emotional and psychological issues, coaching is action-oriented and goal-driven. Our ADHD coaching programme is ideal for individuals looking to improve their productivity and create lasting habits to thrive personally and professionally.
What is ADHD coaching, and how does it help?
ADHD coaching is a personalised, goal-oriented approach designed to help individuals with ADHD overcome challenges such as time management, organisation, task-initiation, focus, and emotional regulation. Our ADHD coaching programme offers one-to-one sessions with experienced coaches who provide tailored strategies and practical tools to improve productivity and wellbeing. Whether you’re a student or working professional, ADHD coaching can help you identify, set, and achieve your goals.
How long does it take to see results from ADHD coaching?
Many clients start noticing improvements within the first few sessions as they implement new strategies tailored to their needs. Over the course of several months, our ADHD coaching programme can help you build habits that lead to lasting change in focus, productivity, and overall wellbeing. The exact timeline depends on your goals and commitment to the process, but our coaches are here to support you every step of the way.
